How It Works
Six clear stages from your first brief to a delivered order, with your approval before every important step.

How an order moves from idea to delivery
Every order follows the same clear route. You approve each key stage, so there are no surprises when the goods arrive.
Brief
You tell us the product type, quantity, size range, colours, fabric preference, branding and delivery country. Tech packs are welcome but not essential.
Specification & quotation
We confirm materials, construction, decoration, labels and packaging in writing and share a quotation and estimated schedule for your order.
Sampling
A pre-production sample is made. You review fit, feel, colour and branding and request adjustments if needed.
Approval
When the sample and commercial terms are approved in writing, the specification is locked for production.
Production & checks
Fabric is cut, garments are sewn and decorated, and quality checks are made during and after production.
Dispatch
Goods are packed with your labels and packaging and shipped by courier, air or sea, with tracking or shipping documents shared.

What to send with your first inquiry.
You do not need a full tech pack to begin. Clear information helps us give an accurate answer quickly, and missing details can be completed together during the specification stage.
- Product type and preferred style
- Quantity per style and colour
- Size range or your own size chart
- Fabric type or weight if known
- Logo files and placement ideas
- Label and packaging requirements
- Delivery country and target date
About sampling and production
Do I need a tech pack?
No. Sketches, reference photos, an existing garment or a written description are enough to start. We help organise the details into a specification.
Can I make changes after the sample?
Yes. Adjustments are made at the sample stage. Once the sample and specification are approved, the bulk order is produced to that standard.
How are prices calculated?
Prices depend on the garment, fabric, decoration, labels, packaging and quantity. We quote after reviewing your specification.
Can I see the goods before shipping?
Yes. Photos or videos of finished goods can be shared for your review before dispatch.
